We'll do the leg work, keeping you up-to-date with one consolidated list, including Inns that are listed on the Multiple Listing (MLS). Some Inns are for sale but are not listed anywhere at all—the sellers are trying to keep it to "word-of'mouth." But we've heard about almost every one that is for sale in Northern California. We will visit each property with you. We will help you review the financials and other business details that are very important for a successful Inn. We know how to read between the lines and can help you get a clear picture of value.

Write the Right Offer. We will help you write the right offer at the right price that will protect you. We will help you review, evaluate and counter counter-offers.
